MS-Word Basic Shortcut Commands | Basic Short Comands in MS-Word

 Create New Document: Ctrl+N

Open an Existing Document: Ctrl+O

Save a Document: Ctrl+S (This command is used to save the active file with its current name or file for the first time)

Close a document : Ctrl+F4

Cut : Ctrl+X

Copy : Ctrl+C

Past: Ctrl+V     Past Special

Undo: Ctrl+Z

Redo Ctrl+Y

Find Test: Ctrl+F

Replace Text: Ctrl+H

Go To: Ctrl+G / F5

Change Case of Text: Shift+F3

Thesaurus: Shift+F7

HyperLink Ctrl+K

Print Preview: Ctrl+F2

Print: Ctrl+P
